ingredients 2-3 cups of small shell pasta 4 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons flour 2 cups whole milk (3.25%) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon curry 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder fresh ground black pepper 2 cups cheddar cheese breadcrumbs instructions preheat oven to 400ºF cook and drain pasta, set aside mix flour, pepper, salt, curry and mustard powder in a large sauce pan melt butter (med heat) add flour mixture and whisk until well blended. cook a minute or two while stirring pour milk in slowly stirring constantly bring to boiling point and boil for 2 minutes remove from heat add shredded cheese bit by bit and simmer until cheese melts add macaroni and toss to coat transfer macaroni to a buttered caserole dish sprinkle on bread crumbs (option: combine with melted butter) bake for 20mins until top is golden brown Thank you!
